I build for the web. From concept to launch.

Start with a clear plan, see it take shape and own what ships.

You bring the project,I make it happen.

Products are defined by the problem they solve. Not by a shopping list of technologies.

01

You have an idea, but no product.

We’ll turn the concept into a focused MVP, validate the important assumptions and get something real into users’ hands.

MVP · SaaS · Platforms · Internal tools
02

Your business is doing work software should handle.

I design systems that connect your tools, automate repetitive operations and use AI where it actually creates leverage.

Automation · AI agents · APIs · Workflows
03

You already built something. Now it needs to work properly.

I can take an existing prototype or application and turn it into a cleaner, faster and production-ready product.

A codebase AI can actually work with.

AI makes it easy to generate code faster than you can understand the system around it. That is how promising projects turn into spaghetti. Shipkit gives AI-first builders a clean foundation, shared context and engineering patterns that keep the codebase coherent as it grows.

New platform. Nothing lost.

Moving a large catalogue off an outdated platform can expose years of hidden dependencies: custom fields, product relationships, URLs and performance shortcuts. For danielgerard.fr, every source field was audited, mapped to the new WooCommerce architecture and migrated through validated batches. Legacy routes were rewritten, data integrity was checked end to end, and Redis object caching made product retrieval faster.

From signal to execution.

Solana markets produce more noise than signal. This research engine streams program activity, detects wallet clusters inside rolling windows and runs each candidate through offline-mined rules, a runtime ML qualifier, rug checks and portfolio risk gates before paper or live execution.

I didn't learnone stack.I learned to adapt.

I'm Eric G, 37, and I've spent more than fifteen years building for a web that never sits still. I started before AI could write code for you and kept evolving as frameworks, platforms and expectations changed. The tools matter, but experience is knowing which ones fit the problem and which ones get in the way.

That is what I bring to a project: product judgment, design awareness and engineering depth in one person. I ask the difficult questions early, make the trade-offs clear and stay accountable from the first decision to launch.

Clear before we start.Visible while it's built.Refined before it ships.

One structured path from alignment to handoff. You see real progress, review working software and get a dedicated revision phase before final approval, launch and complete ownership.

01Align & plan

Start with clarity

We turn your brief into a focused plan: the right scope, the key user journeys, the technical direction and clear delivery milestones.

You receiveProject plan · Agreed scope · Milestones
02Build

Transparent build

I design and engineer in small increments on a private preview. You test real flows and make decisions against working software.

You receiveStaging build · Regular demos · Decision log
03Revise

Refine before release

You review the complete experience on staging. I consolidate your feedback, work through the agreed revisions and verify every change against the brief.

You receiveConsolidated feedback · Revision rounds · Approval
04Deliver

Launch live

I run final QA, deploy to production and transfer everything you need to operate the product. The code, accounts and documentation are yours.

You receiveLive product · Source code · Access · Documentation · Support plan

Visibility

A working preview, regular demos and a shared decision trail keep progress concrete.

Control

Production services, repositories and commercial accounts are transferred to or created for you.

After launch

The handoff includes documentation and an agreed stabilization or ongoing-support plan.
